When people look at our work, they often see the shine before anything else. The neatly cladded pipes, the towering scaffolds, the roofs that stretch across massive facilities. What they don’t always see are the people who make it all possible.
At Mightylagg Group, our strength isn’t just in the steel, the insulation or the tools. It’s in the hands, minds and character of the crews who turn complex projects into safe, reliable outcomes.
Take “bring your daughter to work day.” What started as a chance for one of our kids to see what mum or dad actually does on site ended with her wanting an apprenticeship. That’s the kind of impact this work can have when you see it up close.
Or look at our safety culture. We have Michele, a dedicated full-time safety advisor, not something you see in every business like ours. She’s there to make sure every system, every site and every shift puts people first. That means our crews go home safe, day in and day out, no matter how tough the project.
Then there’s Ruby, our red heeler. She doesn’t show up on payroll, but she’s part of the team. Whether she’s “herding” forklifts in the yard or just keeping morale high, she reminds us that pride and personality go hand in hand with professionalism.
These are the moments that don’t make it onto a spec sheet or into a contract, but they matter just as much as the finished product. They’re what make Mightylagg more than just scaffolding, lagging or asbestos removal. They make us a family of characters who take enormous pride in delivering work that keeps industries moving.
Behind every shiny pipe or scaffold tower is a crew that sweated over the details, checked every safety step, and had each other’s backs. And that’s what we’re most proud of.
Because at Mightylagg, it’s not just about the shine. It’s about the people who make it possible.
